Bostället/Xenia
Bostället 24: Statoil is rehabilitating the property after their closed gas station. The canopy roof over the former gas station was taken away during the spring of 2010 and the ground was restored to original condition. Now construction workers will take over to prepare a commercial area where we already have a tenant for the fall of 2010.

Building permit application will be submitted to the municipal office for building another high-rise building for student residence on the plot next to the Xenia-building.
