Basfast Väst AB is an affiliated company to Stenhaga Fastigheter AB, www.stenhaga.com.
The Company owns and manages over 13.000 square meters of residential and commercial properties in Skövde and nearby municipals. Gross rent is over 12.000.000 SEK and the vacancy is extremely low. We continuously refine the estates which has given us stable and pleased tenants and long term contracts. Since we manage the properties our selves we have a relatively low operating cost.
